When should I start the renewal process?
You may begin renewal up to 30 days before the licence expiry date, and no later than 30 days after. It’s better to start early to avoid penalties.
What happens if I don’t renew the licence in time?
A fine of AED 250 per month will be imposed. The corporate bank account can be blocked and visas may be suspended if the renewal is delayed for a longer time.

Yes — the Ejari for your office must be valid at the time of licence renewal.
Can I make changes during the renewal?
Yes — during the renewal submission you may:
• change the registered address

What if the owner is outside the UAE at the time of renewal?
