Does an investor need to be in the country?
Yes, to obtain a Golden Visa, investors must be present in the country for the entire duration of the process.

If you're short on time, choose the Express plan, which allows you to obtain the ID in 3-5 days.

After receiving the Emirates ID, Golden Visa holders are not required to reside in the UAE. Even if you're away from the country for several years, you'll retain your residence permit.
What happens to my visa if I sell my property?
In case of sale of the property, the visa is cancelled.
How long should you keep a bank deposit?
The bank deposit will need to be held for at least 2 years.
Which relatives can get a visa?

Is this visa permanent?
No. The Golden Visa is issued for exactly 10 years, but with the possibility of a similar extension if you meet the appropriate circumstances (the property has not been sold or the deposit has not been closed).

Yes, if all objects are registered to one owner.
Is it possible to use off-plan (under construction) real estate?
Yes, if the stage of construction of the property and the percentage of payments to the developer meet the minimum requirements.
How to extend a golden visa?
Every 10 years, provided the conditions are maintained (possession of real estate worth at least AED 2 million), you can extend your visa.
